Payment Confirmation – Services
A confirmation of payment or successful receipt will be sent to you by email, SMS, or your chosen receipt channel. This may come from the voucher vendor, appear as an in-app notification from the publisher, or be displayed on the publisher’s account management dashboard.
The third-party payment providers and checkout technologies engaged by SMShop at https://global.smshop.fun will not provide any services or products to entities in OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple charges appearing on your monthly card statement. By completing a checkout, you authorize SMShop to store basic payment details (e.g., partial card digits, billing name, and address) to speed up future purchases, and to confirm that your payment method is valid by initiating 3DS authentication or seeking authorization requests in line with card network rules and UAE-licensed payment provider requirements.
Delivery Policy
All products will be delivered according to the type you select. Please read the product description and delivery method carefully before completing your purchase.
Disclaimer – No Monetary Value
CD Keys, Voucher Codes, eVouchers, Gift Vouchers, and Publisher Codes (“Digital Products”) issued via the platform after successful payment:
- have no monetary value,
- cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, traded, or exchanged for any currency or property, and
- may only be used within the specific publisher brand or retail environment stated at the point of purchase.
Once your purchase is complete, SMShop is responsible only for confirming delivery (e.g., showing the code or top-up status on-screen) after payment is received. The item is considered delivered at this point on SMShop and is not considered redeemed value until you activate or consume it on the publisher’s platform, and therefore accept the publisher’s stated terms and conditions upon consumption/redemption. SMShop is not an issuer or point of redemption, nor can it monitor whether recharges have been used. Therefore, strictly NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED. Please read the publisher’s terms and conditions and redemption instructions carefully, as redemption must be performed off our platform within the publisher’s environment.
Product Types
- A) CD Keys / Voucher or Gift Card Codes — delivered via the success display page.
B) API Direct Top-Up — credits or services delivered directly by the issuing retailer or publisher to your account or mobile number.
Type A is delivered instantly after payment is confirmed.
Type B delivery requests are sent instantly by SMShop to the issuing retailer once payment is confirmed. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours if additional customer verification is required.

Nature of Your Purchase
You are either purchasing gift codes, in-app/game credits, or vouchers directly from third-party publishers (“Publishers” or “Codes”) via the SMShop platform, which serves as a technology delivery platform for digital goods and tangible goods, and a marketing platform on behalf of publishers and local brands.
All products are provided on behalf of independent publishers (including creators or publishing artists). Any applicable taxes are determined by the publisher upon redemption. SMShop provides platform and marketing services only.
All enjoyment of the recharge is bound by the terms and conditions between the end-user and the publisher/retailer upon their redemption and usage within the publisher/retailer’s platform. SMShop does not act as the issuer or redeemer of the underlying goods or services.
All vouchers, codes, and digital content listed on https://global.smshop.fun are sold at their stated face value or lower. These products are not monetary instruments and do not represent stored value or legal tender. You agree explicitly that these are multi-purpose vouchers, and SMShop does not control when or how you choose to redeem them with the specified publisher or retail environment. Once purchased, no refunds are available.
Exchange or Refund Policy
All products are digital codes with no monetary value and cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased and delivered. Please ensure you select the correct product, store region, and currency before purchasing, as we cannot reverse or exchange any order once delivered.
We do, however, offer technical support on any purchasing or technical issues. If a delivered code does not work or has not been displayed, we will help you resolve the issue. Please email report-service@smshop.fun, and we will gladly support you in resolving your concerns.
Usage Policy
Each e-voucher or gift card is valid for one-time use only and is strictly non-rechargeable.
E-vouchers and gift cards are case-sensitive; enter codes exactly as shown.
Any CD keys, e-vouchers, gift cards, or prepaid cards delivered via SMShop or direct recharge are non-refundable, non-interchangeable, and may not be transferred to be consumed within another app or brand, or resold by any individual.
SMShop will not be liable for incorrect purchases, or any off-platform liability caused by customer negligence or false information provided at the time of payment. We urge all users to comply with the relevant laws of their country of residence and abide by decency and ethical norms.
By purchasing from SMShop, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, including the policies shown on https://global.smshop.fun.
After delivery by the publisher partner, SMShop is not liable for any loss or damage to the digital goods. Any voucher not reported as invalid within 6 hours of purchase will be considered delivered and accepted.
Orders or purchase behavior flagged as suspicious, incorrect, or repeatedly rejected, or reported by our community safety program, may be stopped or refunded automatically, and the user’s membership may be suspended with notice to the relevant UAE authorities.
SMShop reserves the right to amend this site, its policies, or its agreements (including its privacy policy and terms of service) at any time.
Additional Terms
The services provided by SMShop allow you to purchase limited rights to access and use digital content such as gift codes, app/game credits, and vouchers via the platform, and pay using card or licensed wallet payments.
Strictly no cash, virtual accounts, bulk buying, WhatsApp orders, phone orders, or orders by email are accepted.
